Approving proof and auto-approval
Review the proof and approve to pay the hunter. If you do nothing, it auto-approves after 72 hours.
When a hunter submits proof, we notify you. Open the opportunity to review the photos, files, or handoff details.
Your options
- Approve and pay. The hunter is paid the full reward. This can't be undone, so check the proof first.
- Report a problem. If the proof doesn't match what you asked for, tap Report a problem before the 72 hours are up. The payout stays on hold and the hunter has 48 hours to fix it or refund you.
Auto-approval
If you don't approve or report a problem within 72 hours of submission, the opportunity approves automatically and the hunter is paid. This protects hunters from waiting forever on a poster who has gone quiet.
If something is wrong, don't wait. Report it as soon as you see it.
