When am I charged?
You pay the reward plus fee up front when you post. We hold it until you approve the proof.
Opportunities are funded before work starts. That's what lets hunters trust that the reward is real.
- When you post, your card is charged the reward plus the service fee (10%, $2 minimum) through Stripe.
- We hold that money. It isn't paid to anyone until you approve the proof, or until auto-approval 72 hours after submission.
- If you raise the reward, the increase and the fee on it are charged at that time.
If the opportunity isn't completed by the deadline, or you cancel before anyone claims or locks it, you get the full amount back.
