- Fees explainedPosters pay a 10% service fee (minimum $2). Hunters keep the full reward.
- When am I charged?You pay the reward plus fee up front when you post. We hold it until you approve the proof.
- RefundsYou get a full refund, fee included, if nobody finishes by the deadline or you cancel before it's taken.
- How payouts workOnce proof is approved, the full reward is sent to you through Stripe Connect.
- Setting up payouts with StripeConnect a bank account through Stripe. Stripe verifies your identity and collects tax info.
- Why is my payout on hold?Payouts pause during a dispute or a card chargeback, or if Stripe needs more information.
- Something's wrong with an opportunityOne quick form. The hunter fixes it or refunds within 48 hours, or the refund happens automatically.
